do i have to get the right bore size on my headgastket? or could i go a couple a mm or 2 bigger?

Most companies sell bigger. Doesnt affect it much other than a slight compression drop. Most aftermarket SR headgaskets are 87mm gaskets that your slapping into 86mm bored engines.
