I searched and couldnt find anything on this and its noob but will a single cam ka wiring harness have the plugs needed to be able to do a sr20 swap with them or do i need a dohc harness so it has the plugs needed to work?

Sure it works. Don't worry about the differences between a distributor and coilpacks, different O2 plug, TPS plug, CTS plug, MAF, injectors, any of that. You don't need any of it anyway. All you need is a big can of ether mounted to the throttle body controlled via remote cable.

just paint your radiator cap chrome and get a flame decal on the left side and it will run great

pretty sure your supposed to use a harness from a z32 vg30dett, it has a few extra plugs the sr needs
