Weird Clutch, Throwout bearing problem HELP!

So I bought an exedy stage 2 clutch kit. Kit # 06953A. I put it in my 97' s14, since then the clutch fork has ben loose on the pressure plate. Like When everythings bolted up, I can move the fork back and forth a little. I didn't think much of it untill I went through 2 slave cylinders, they were over extending and blowing up on me . It seems like my slave is extending way too far to engage the clutch. Its basically fully engaged after I bleed the clutch, is this normal?. I did get the flywheel resurfaced, Is there such thing and grinding it too low?

it is possible to install the throwout bearing backwards-that would require the slave to have to move farther- but it would not last long at all and you would be able to hear it. race clutches will shorten the engagment travel somewhat.

"Its basically fully engaged after I bleed the clutch, is this normal?"
dont understand this.
