serious sputtering on s14 sr with no end in sight

ok...i have tried forums after forums and nothing...here is a video of what is going on...car was running fine to work about 3 months ago....got off work tried to go home and car started to buck under boost...once i get into boost it brakes up a lot and acts like it will die and run like crap...ok...so heres a list of what i have done...i have checked for timing...its good...boost leaks...i did a pressure test on the whole system and fixed about 3 leaks...minor leaks...new couplers new clamps...new ecu just bought it...new spark plugs gapped to .028...coil packs seem to work fine...i disconnect then one at a time and stuck a screw driver in it and watched the spark jump on each one...fuel pressure is at 32psi with fpr vac and 42psi with no fpr vac....did a compression test and it holds at 125-130psi on all 4...no smoke out the exhause...the only way i know how to check the maf is that i unplug it while running...and it seems to go to higher idle rpms and then drop to normal and when i plug it back in it almost dies but continues to run and go back to normal idle...ibattery at idle is 13.6 voltage...maf voltage is....white wire is 1.14volts and black wire with white strip 13.75 volts...tps... white wire is .189volts light blue with red stripe is 5.09 volts at idle,....tps without the car running just in the on possition is blue w/ red stripe 5.09 and white wire is .25 volts.. closed and wide open is 3.90 volts...in the on possition the coil pack harness is 11.5 volt across the board on the middle wire...maf voltage on the on possition black wire w/ white stripe is at 11.5 volts...let me know if you guys need any more voltage from anything and ill gett it..or if my voltage is wrong.....i think thats about it...anything else or that im missing?? im lost i need a lot of help..... im going nutts.

stock everything except fmic and greddy bov 3" exhaust...

That is EXACTLY what mine is doing. Ive tested everything you have and cannot figure it out. The only difference between yours and mine is that I am boosting higher and have less vaccum. Can you get me a picture of what your vaccum lines look like under the tb and where they go, or a discription?(vaccum dummy)

not a problem...check with me at about noon tomorrow and i will have a picture for you...i did another boost test and found that my brand new gready bov type rs (pile of sh**) was leaking out the top screw and the vac screw...what a piece...so now it got a little better but still breaks up just not as often and at higher psi...so now when i do my test i have to up the psi and check for leaks because i really think its a boost leak that i am just not finding

sorry i didnt get a chance to take a picture but ill just tell you...the two top lines are plugged and the two bottom looking at it from front of the car the left one is directly connected to the boost gauge and the other line (right) is connected to the bov...no boost controler....

Thanks, I think I have the hoses correct

I made one of these last night, cost like $5 and helped big time.
IC Pipe Tester
I found a major boost leak I couldnt hear with the loud ass motor running. Vaccum jumped from 5-10in at 500rpm to 10-15in at around 1k. I still think I may have a problem but the car ran outta gas so Ill have to wait until later to go get some and test drive it.

im having the same problem but im running a map sensor so im kinda ruling out the boost leak. replaced the ignitor and im going to try the coils. My iac valve is disconnected because it went out but im on a haltech and ran a few events with no problems disconnected. Im leaning toward injectors next i was close to maxing out my 550's on the tune.

Have you cleaned your MAF? It maybe dirty

Have you checked your injectors? Ohm them out per FSM

Also your compression levels are really low, Standard is 156, Minimum is 128 psi

Try the ECU water temp sensor...thats my stab at it. If the sensors bad, the ECU doesnt know how hot the engine is. Sounds like its causing the engine to dump excess fuel into the engine...
