Z32 brake swap to a s14>>>>

i did the z32 swap and everything works fine but when i turn a hard turn like say pull a tight u turn you can hear it grinding on the caliper i assume. i have washers spacing the mounting brackets with out them the calipers bind on the rotors...whats the deal?

u dont need to add any washers to the calipers.
its a straight bolt on

you're pads maybe toasted too possibly
could be a few things
best bet is take off the wheel and inspect the install
something might have gotten loosey goosey

Did you modify your dust sheilds at all? They might be touching. Mine did something like that only when I turned. I just had to give it some more "love".

Last edited by slidingsky; 08-21-2008 at 02:16 PM. Reason: dust not heat
