need my ecu tuned..

last year i ordered a set from Welcome to E~Mance Custom Tunes! and the first set of chips were no good, car would idle fine, but could barley rev up to 5k. still have "the chips". second set he sent me car would miss really bad at idle, run really rich, couldnt boost past 13-15 psi. so i drove with it like that for about 6 months thinking it was just my car...not my $$150 comp tune. I swaped in a friends ecu tuned by jimwolf, and everything was pefrect, nothing wrong. The board and chips were installed by a good tech, everything looks good and TESTS good so i know for sure its the
p o s chips.
