Help Tranny/ clutch problem

My clutch won't go into gear unless I push as hard as I possibly can and when I do that the clutch is already partially engaged, so it starts to take off. I've got the sr20 red top conversion. Any ideas? Sorry there's not much info I've gotta get to work.

yes rebleed the clutch and check the rod on the master cylinder. Has this always been happening or was everything fine and dandy before?

Also look at your slave cylinder to double check the 2 bolts that hold it on are snug
