Sluggish SR

ok so i just noticed today my car was acting like it has a realy bad boost leak. but i checked all of the vacum lines but still no luck. the boost gauge showed no signs of abnormal vacum readings. checked the plugs and coils. the exhaust is shaking like crazy as well as the motor. and will back fire every once and a while. any suggestions?

Sounds like your not running on all 4 cylinders..
