I sold headlights to this guy, and shipped them out right after he paid me. He received the headlights, but he still opened up a claim with paypal saying he had not received them. The tracking number proves these have been delivered.

damn.. dont owrry man.. just show proof top paypal.. they'll take care of everything.. but they do put a hold on the money which sucks..
