THIS GUY SENT ME $250 FOR MY SHOCKS/SPRINGS AND THE NEXT DAY
I WITHDREW THE AMOUNT OUT OF MY PAYPAL TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND WHATNOT AND 6 DAYS LATER THE $250 HE SENT IS ON HOLD AND MY PAYPAL IS IN THE NEGATIVES!!...I TRIED CONTACTING HIM BUT NO RESPONSE SO IM PRETTY SURE DUDE RIPPED ME OFF!!! I ALREADY SENT THE ITEMS AND HAVE TRACKING INFO BUT PAYPAL CANT DO SHIT CUZ iM PRETTY SURE THE PEOPLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE iLLiTERATE!!

Wow, that sucks. During claims make sure to document all things with paypal. don't get overworked in speed and start cursing like an idiot either.

what I hate about paypal's claim service is even if you win the dispute you are only refunded if the other person has money in their paypal account.

If the alleged scammer has been doing this for a while, most likely they do not have money left in their account.

yeah i just went to the site got the number and called them..they said its a hold because the buyer's bank has a problem so i have to wait for them to figure it out..and i told them i have tracking number and receipts but they said they cannot do anything and im going to have to take a loss on this? wtf?!

well the guy finally responded to my email and says he needs to confirm his bank to paypal and its going to take 2-3 days and we'll see from there if this guy is a scammer or real..

well buyer contacted me and says he spoke to paypal and cleared everything and now my paypal is not in negative numbers anymore so everything looks good for now..

Paypal is SUPER easy.

When some one pays you, hit the "ship" next to the line item of that payment. Select a good shipping service, and size weight etc.

Label prints right out of your computer, shipping cost comes straight out of paypal.

Paypal automatically add's the tracking info to the transaction. As long as you drop the package off, your job as a seller is done.

Buyer also gets tracking auto-notified in an email.

If you used a shipping service not integrated into paypal. Click into the transaction, scroll down, small link at the bottom "add tracking info" set as shipped, tracking number, and service and you are done.

If the customer has filed a dispute, usually just adding the tracking info will clear it.
