Although this is not a seller I feel the need to post this up for other sellers out there that may deal with this guy. I made a deal to send him R33 Brakes COD and upon learning that I could not do COD from my location; I offered to send him the brakes with promise of payment upon his reciept of the kit. He agreed and I arranged shipping and sent the entire kit off to him trusting he would pay as promised.

I sent the brakes with signature confirmation and he himself PM'd me verifying receipt of the brakes and promised payment within 1-2 days. After one week I have not heard from him nor have I recieved a reply to my PM's.

I am not one to bitch and complain if you need a little extra time or you need some help working through it but you have to let me know these things so I can make the allowance for you.

I will not do business with this person again and I warn others who may be dealing with him right now to ask for payment up front or not sell anything to him at all.

Mods - Maybe we can get a buyer review section as well??? Sellers usually have just as much riding on something as buyers do.

I bought over $400 worth of stuff from this guy on June 6th

Payed with paypal and he was verified (I don't send money to unverified people anymore)

I didn't hear from him for a few weeks so I sent him a PM and asked if the stuff had shipped.

He gave me a couple of UPS tracking numbers and apologized for the delay

that was on the 21st and I figured he just got busy or whatever.

well I still haven't got anything and the tracking numbers just say "billing information received" meaning he hasn't actually dropped anything off to be shipped.

PMed him a few days ago and didn't get a response, logged in today to see if he has logged in since and see what's up... and I saw this topic...

I've opened a paypal dispute...

I needed those parts for an event last week anyway so I'm beyond done waiting for this crap

Since he's verified paypal will get me at least most of my money back if he doesn't respond to the dispute... they'll refund me right out of his account first, and if there's no money they'll give me 75% and his credit goes in the garbage.

And supposedly he does work for a government agency, he is apparently works for the fire department (or at least thats what he told me)
