| Leaky Injector | Rear Caliper Piston Troubles Right now I'm in the process of changing my rotors, but I've run into problems with the re-installing the rear calipers. I do have the DIY book, but what it's suggesting isn't helping at all. The problem is that after I installed the new rotor and replaced the pads I come to installing the caliper, but the piston won't retract into the caliper even after I try rotating it clockwise with needle nose pliers as the book suggests (Pistons do rotate, but do not retract). Any suggestions? I was literally in the middle of changing them before I was forced to ask this.

| Nissanaholic! ![]() | Disconnect the brake line off the caliper and let that fucker bleed, then with needle noise pliers carefully twist the piston counter clock wise on the caliper all the way back, then out the caliper with the pads on and it outta work. Be sure to bleed you're rear brakes when you're done mounting everything back.
