Trade? or keep? Info inside!

I'm selling my 1995 240sx, and some dude wants to trade a 86 Corolla GTS for it. I just want to hear other people opinions before i make an actual decision. Here are pics:

---Mine is actually PEARL WHITE, not the pissy yellowish white, it's only like tat cause CVS sux at developing pics.---

Here is how his looks:

I know his car looks kinda rusted, but i think it is fairly good. I dont know if there are anything wrong with it yet, but i just wanna know people's opinions if i should trade it or not from looking at pics.

about the images, have you heard of a digicam/camera phone? and there are quite a few online image editing sites that are free and all you have you do is select something like 'auto color balance' or something and it should restore the colors to what they should look like...it works for me about 95% of the time and it takes like 5 seconds to do...just a thought if you are trying to use those pics to sell the car online somewhere.

the corolla is nice and all, but do you really want to trade for a car that is 10 years older? aren't they slower stock for stock against a 240sx? depending on what's done to it I would think about a trade, but honestly if this is your daily driver I would try to get a newer car rather than older.

white s14s are hot, why are you selling it?

im only selling because im in college and u know, college students need $$$$~~~ but im also trying to trade the car for a s13 or 90-94 civic hatch. If nobody wants to trade or buy, then i think im just ganna mod this car or do w/e. But yeah, that's what im thinking also. The corolla is located in atlanta, so my older brother from there is ganna check it out this weekend

, so ill have updates on how this 10 year old car is doing. Thanks for the opinions guys!
