The sugar substitutes in diet drinks are quite unhealthy. The only people who should be drinking anything diet are diabetics. And only because it is the lesser of two evils for them.

Diet sodas arent bad for you in moderation. Its the people who drink 8 a day because its diet and has "nothing in it". But when i do go out and drink on when im on my diet i get vodka diets. I have a few once every two weeks or so, so its not gonna kill me.
