Ferrari NA sued and got the molds from a couple Kit Car manufactures in the US. The Ferro to F355 kit was within 1% of all dimensions.

for christ sake, although I like the 355 berlinetta they are far from rare, especially lately, they can be found for about 35-39k anymore. I understand why they are gonna crush it though since they have strict copyright laws there. But rare the berlinetta is not.
