6ish am mon-fri
usually between 9 or 11 weekends unless I have something to do.

Plus, gettin up early lets me do "my stuff" before I meet people to hang out.
That way I feel I got my stuff done AND had time to spend with the homies.

Yeah, I figure Im checking out around 70. So Im halfway there already.

Its totally a conscience decision for me, but worth it.

I do run myself to dry though, and do the occational 12 hour crash.

I wake up around 7am on weekdays, with 2-6 hrs of sleep.
it's actually easier & more refreshing for me to sleep 2 hrs instead of 3 or 4.
IIRC, that's whats called a 'power-nap'.
6-8 would still be optimal however, but I don't always have the discipline of doing so.

I wake up around 5am-1pm on weekends pending on plans, with 5-10 hrs of sleep.

I stay up maybe 3-4 nights a months b/c I can't sleep.
I love my sleep, but it's hard for me to fall asleep and wake up at times.

Also, I prefer sleeping on the sofa vs. the bed.
It's always easier to wake up for some reason.

shit man.

during my work days i sleep at 12pm -1am in between then wake up at 6:30am for work.

my off days i sleep late at 2am-3am then wakes up late around 11am but then i adjust it when i need to do something important.

well i get piss off when i dont get wake up early to do smoe work i wanted to do.
