Foot patrols would be great, but Cameras are indeed much better. Europe is a very good example. The CCTV they have in the streets are very helpful in preventing and catching crimes. If people walking and talking on public street know that they are being watched, how many people do you think would think twice before doing stupid shiet?!? Vegas bro, go in the Casino, you know you are being watched. you see less assholes doing stupid shiet. There are some that try but end up being caught. |

Hopefully whenever i have kids, i wont raise them in a bad area where they can fall under such influence.
