is hanging things from the rear tow hook illegal?

If you have a really big thing hanging from it. I once saw a import, i think it was a s14, this dumbass had a big stuffed animal hanging from it and it was draging on the freeway. So if u put something that attract attention you will get stopped because that guy eventually got pulled over.

its something that could potentially break loose and become a hazard to other motorists.
(and i'm sure many l.e.o.s would find this more than ample cause to pull you over)

the only time it has ever been cool is when bosozoku in japan used to hang a bucket from their tow hooks because they would drag on the ground, demonstrating how slammed they were.

the only other time is when kyle (soreballz) had a conrod and piston hanging.
pretty much everything else is lame imo.

That was completly different I believe. Those truck guys have some of the tackiest styles ever (ie billet grilles, nut sacks, and metal flames surrounding the trucks badges)
