Anyone get it yet? im curious how it is.. its like $15 online and you download it.

I downloaded the demo, and then it couldn't connect to EA Online so I gave up.

i have the demo on ps3, really fun game. Nice change of pace from killzone, and for 15 bucks it looks great.

dude i just got the full version and its sick guys its a must have its like 18 bucks if u by the 500 points and then buy the 1000 points on xbox live

i jus played the demo.. didnt like the controls, feels like a step back from battlefield vietnam with the WWII wake island add on.

I think its absolutely awesome, just like when i played bf1942 but a little different.

its alright i guess. i bought it the day it was released. its fun if you play with some people you know. but it totally blows playing alone. seems as if no one who plays that game owns a mic. sucks how you can only start a private match. i wish you could host a match with friends together. rather than constantly trying to connect to a friends game or joining a quick match.

its fun. im enjoying the destructible environments. you really cant go wrong with 15 bucks.

im annoyed how the joining games with friends (squad function) still doesn't work properly. shishcabobers and i tried for a couple hours a day after the game came out and we were rather bummed.

so far, i haven't experienced lag on xbox live even when using my connection to upload stuff to vimeo.

ok ill try the demo some more.. if ur friend is playing, can you join the same game they are in? The maps are way too big if its just private matches and u only have like 1-2 friends lol

i barely play this. constantly trying to join a friends match sucks ass. it usually takes hella days to the point where you would rather just play something else.honestly i regret buying it. $15 bucks couldve went a long way towards something more useful.

ahah thanks didnt realize a pc version was comin out.. just read that they are releasing it in september cuz they wanted to make sure it was developed right and not a console port, so it should be good.. haha i remember seein ur background pic and u had a world@war desktop icon so that was a deciding factor for me to pick up that pc version lol

Downloaded the demo...

Has a cool arcade, semi call of duty feel to it...Its pretty fun but Im on the fence on if i should buy the game too..Although the ability to drive planes,boats,and all that other crap is fun as hell...

well its based on the battlefield games, no where near COD *unless console version i dunno*.. battlefield games always been free roam. Close combat maps never been a shining aspect for battlefield games compared to COD. Take away the vehicles and Battlefield games are not up to par. Gonna be tough to compare this one to BF2, that was like the COD4 of the series lol

Anyways, I also enjoyed battlefield vietnam, which was like a filler til BF2 came out.

plays exactly like battlefield: bad company and battlefield 2...cept not as fun.
only 3 classes of weapons, no unlockable gear...i give it a "meh" rating, lol
