Has nothing to do with forza. Turn 10 will ban you from the storefront, auction house, and gifting for a violation like obscenity, porn, racism, etc.

Xbox live bans for profile violations, modding, harrassment, griefing, etc.

I got banned for 2 days, for having 'fa q' as my motto for over 3 years. Some asshole i beat apparently reported it, which got me banned.
