Funny thing is, you can disable all audio in most digital cameras. If they don't have a lens cover of some kind, you would never know the picture was going off.

next there is going to be a mandatory record sound for cell phone videos. No more documenting the man violate our rights. Think Im bs'ing? Think of all the cops that would get away with murder, or brutality if it werent for cell phone vids. And thats just the begining. So for us to record data, ie video, pictures ect, we have to make everyone around us aware, but for them to record us without making us aware, ex camera's in citys (not always easily visible), being able to turn our phones on and record our convos without our knowledge, is perfectly fine. Still think all my other posts are bs? Just keep watching, its going to get worse. Were losing our country. I mean the people dont even choose the president. We have two real choices every election. preliminary elections are bs, the government chooses the canidates " here, you guys are still free, pick which one of these two guys you want to run your country. Thank god for the system of checks and balances, but that too, will soon be gone.

The reason this got passed so fast, is because some congressman's daughter was taking naked pics in the family bathroom and sending them to her 16 year old boyfriend. The dad got mad because he couldn't tell what she was doing in there and decided to "fix" it during his 9-5 job. Apparently he doesn't know how well her webcam works either.

my moto Q and Q9c had a camera click that you couldn't turn off. i never noticed until i got my g1, which is silent. and yeah, all my digital cameras through the years, you could turn off the shutter noise.
