has this happened to anyone yet.. under my screen i notice some specs, they look like tobacco from my cigs but what ever, at 1st i thought they were on top but their inside the phone, INSIDE IT! i have a 3g. ya think the guys at the apple store can rip it apart and clean it??

I CANT STOP LOOKING AT THEm STUPID SPECS!!!

hahaha i hate when that happens...

My cigs use to get in my phone like everywhere one time my phone wouldn't charge cause the slot was filled with tobacco.

call Apple first to see if they can clean it..

ok so i just made the appointment with the "genius" tonight after school at 11. i called them and they said that it might be covered, so i might get a new phone!!! yay!!!

his exact words were "if its not cracked open and stuff", which gets me kinda worried. my phone is pretty beat up (dont like cases) i hope they dont try to pull some shit on me about not being able to give me i phone cuz i dropped it a few times!

My friend had a lot of problems with his new 3g with all kinds of crap underneath the screen, and also it being scratched very easily(?). He complained and luckily apple replaced it, he had to wait like 10 days for the new one to come in though!

*****UPDATE*****

so last night i went to the i store out on 5th ave for my appointment. after a few words with the lady at the front desk, she asked i had a seat and waited a few min. 2min passed when i apple rep came up to me and asked "you god some dirt in your screen?" i said yup and right then and their they gave me a brand new iphone.

they insisted i got a case lol. my shit was pretty beat up from just dropping it and grabing it with oily hands but they didnt even put up a fight. i was in and out with a new phone within 5 min

so im happy, but now i have a gay case on my phone but w/e
