that's really, really bad for the cloth top and plastic rear window. they might not be old enough to have become really brittle yet. but i cracked my rear window on the m30 putting the top down in winter once. i wouldn't even consider dropping the top on my Galaxie unless it's at least 60 out... Lebaron had a glass rear window though and i was 16 so the top was down on the way to school every morning.

sometimes i miss having a 'vert :/

Anyone remember seeing that BMW magazine ad in like 2002? Had a shot of a guy driving an M3 convertible through the mountains, top down, and pouring rain. The tag line said "Love knows no limits." I thought it was pretty clever.
