Well, a smart person would pick and chose their battles, this you are correct, but to say that whatever the local and state gov wants to do they can do is unAmerican. There is something called the Constitution that does protect our rights to life and property and if some shithead from local government wants to try to take away something that was given to me upon my birth then he's got another thing coming.
An example is my pumpkin this year. It's a pumpkin that shot himself in the head. I had a TON of people that LOVED my pumpkin but 2 people didn't like it and thought it was too gory for kids. Does that mean I should throw my pumpkin away? Does that mean I should yell fuck you to them? no to both.
