Anatomy Class

So I am taking anatomy class right now, and I am wondering if anybody else is taking it or has taken it? And maybe give me some helpful tips so I don't majorly fail.

STUDY YOUR BRAINS OUT!

If you're not the studying type, then at least do the homework. There's too much material to cover so you can't just wing it and cram.

Befriend a girl in your class and locate as many as you can on each other for a study activity.

hit up your local book store and read some study aid, they really helps.
and if you have a text book, read it. if you have any question, you can pm me and i will see if i can help you.

pay attention in class, dont stare at girls. usually undergrad has a lot of girls (pre-nursing and pre-med) taking anatomy. because of that reason, i almost failed my undergrad anatomy.

these guys speak truth i been taking anatomy the past two past quarters and you need ot start studying straight because there is no easy way to remember it you just need to study and remember all everything to it

I did a LOT better in anatomy when I put the computer down during class. Just get yourself interested in it. Having a girl to study with is nice.

if you have any cadavers, i know at CSULB they have a bunch, but learn those and study the heck out of them. also, go to office hours and kiss ass with the teacher, email her/him any and all questions. also, figure out what the tests are like and study for the test, not what is covered in the book. in my class the book was a resource and little help other than physiology info I had forgotten. goodluck!

everything but intro to anatomy is pretty hard.

its a lot of memorizing specially with the lab just sit down and study the terms, images, and latin prefixes. it helps to take a medical terminology class before though.

are you a nursing student? or pre-med?

I am taking up dental hygiene at SWC. Yeah a bunch of people tried crashing and wait listing and lets just say they all failed miserably. I was lucky enough to get my class, though the downside is that its not on the main campus its at one of satellite colleges.

Yea, that class was packed so damn fast. The proff. told the class if you're on waitlist, only the first two persons should stay and that it was pointless to try and add. +20 students trying to add = FAILTOWN. So gay.

For my class the same situation, but like half those people came again the next class in hopes of getting in. major fail
