The "short haired chick" from Domino is Kiera Knightley. That's not the girl in the Picture. I would recognize Kiera ANYWHERE.

Unfortunately, it is not her in that picture if that picture is from another film, as the only other movie she has been in that has made it out so far is "The Game Plan" (yes, that shitty Disney film starring The Rock)
