you need to shoot the satillite and on the last level shot the tree, bottles, and control box.

this man speaks truth... shoot the satellite, the guy gets up and walks across the window... on the boom man level, you have to shoot the tree, beer bottles at the corner of the building, and the garage door control box in that order to distract the guards so that the guy can plant his bomb.

you can't zoom in with it. it just gives you better accuracy.
