Mostly fictional cars but there are a few real cars in the game

im using a logictec dual action better than using joytokey for dirft city.

oh i forgot... it's not really free.

once have a certian xp you cant pass anymore xp. unless you get a license which requires you to buy a application that cost ap. ( you have to buy with real moneyz.)

Yup. LFS the best drifting/racing game for PC. Heck the driving is probably better than GT games.

LFS is good but it lacks content.. I like Rfactor better due to its community making real tracks/cars for it. I hear LFS has good physics but everything else its unattractive to me.

Blimey or simbin is working on a Ferrari title, it should be promising.

Hi all.
I play PT about 5 mopnths & (heh) i made second video in first post of that thread. Its very good game with perfect arcade/sim balance.
You r wrong about that you have to pay for license test. You look at challange ticket - its for AP ($). To pass license you got to buy that card - applictation form. Its for RP. So this game is free.
Besides - you can win APs in different events. I didnt pay even 1$ for that game, but own AE86 & MR-2 (both for $ only).
And one more thing - today was patch with new cars - EVO & WRX STI. Late march gonna be Corvette (licensed - for AP) & Porsche (fantasy car - for RP).

Yah the game is free, if you want the real cars you have to buy em, or check out the forums sometimes they have contests..

i was playin thunderalley, its pretty cool, stock cars goin around a oval, but you have to draft.

i cant even get it to load on my mac. I have tried 2 times. It downloads then i click the icon in the desktop but it just keeps trying to print. Am i retared or something?

Challange ticet doesnt give APs. But when u own challenge ticket u can go to the game mode (Challenge) where u can use APs as a bet. This mode is not popular tho)

you can build up xp and rp faster if you do thunderalley races...

pretty fun too.. the stock cars around an oval... try to stay behind someone most of the race and draft off them, will save your gas and just make your move at the right time.. eventually the guy in front will have to pit so you can work your way up..

sucks though if you get bumped..

Sweet vid, looks like the game gets better as you progress because you unlock more stuff

This game is better then need for speed prostreet to me.

Nope. I won APs in events. There are a lot of ways to get APs without using $)
I won a lot with youtube event (~2000 AP).

yah there is online multiplayer.. Thunderally is pretty fun

though i have stopped playing at the momment since i got a ps3 now.. .and theres a bunch of badass mods out for Rfactor now

I have rFactor but really dont wanna play till I get my g25 cause my xbox and ps2 wheels suck cause I cant map so many buttons.. im playing project torque cause its free haha, I have a ps3 as well and will be playing gt5 when I get the wheel and I think grid is out in july or june i can not wait!

grid is more acrade style rather than sim.

i cant complain my son enjoys it. he also likes burnout paradise city.
