I'm sorry if this is a repost I search and came up with nothing.
I don't know how many of your read import tuner but while I was looking through the latest issue I came across project S13k. Basically they put a honda S2000 engine into a S13 chassis. Boost is set a 17 PSI and 357whp. IMO I find it kinda intresting. Something different. I tried looking for the article but couldn't find it sorry.
Found it kinda intresting thought I would see what you guys think.

Did they do it because the owner wanted to swap the superior Nissan motor into his S2K?

i dont want to sound rude or anything, but you guys really hate on anything made by honda dont you, even when a stock F20c (naturally aspirated) makes as much power as an SR20det....their kick-ass motors. along with many others made by honda....

i love honda and their motors... but putting an F20 on a car with an already capable engine replacement/engine is pretty dumb considering it would require a lot more prep to turbo it.

lets put it this way, its like putting a LS1 into a Mustang. Sure you can do it, but why? The Mustangs V8 is already capable..

It's not that it's made by Honda, it's because you're replacing the KA with a torqueless wonder. The F20C is an amazing motor, but I wouldn't want my powerband to start at 8k rpms.

ahh yes yes i saw this car
it was an s13 vert w/ silvia front and an almost identical Sears paint/vinyl setup as chris forsbergs 350z.

when i first saw the cover i did a double take at the motor.
and then i thought that chris forsberg was going to an s13. but nope

i thought it was pretty cool

put a 240bhp F20c powered s13 up against a 240bhp sr or ka-t powered s13 and see which one wins. area under the curve is as important as peak (if not more).

Seriously, my S2K is faster in its stock form than my modded SR'd 240sx was.

I'd take a naturally aspirated engine anytime over a turbo. Response is so much better...

apparently they stopped sending me issues about 4 months ago.

didn't notice until last week that they stopped coming in.

past couple years they went to shit anyways, reading nothing is better than reading shit i suppose.
