I don't care about how nuts Tyson is now. I'll watch it. Tyson was my absolute favorite athlete of all time. Yes even above Favre guys.

I know he ain't what he used to be, but if he could JUST get some good people in his corner and train him, he would still be decent. I mean the dude was at one time one of THE most dominant athletes in sporting history.

im with ya Exit. even if Iron mike doesnt get much mma training. hes still got a chance. he has solid boxing technique and stupid power. plus his ferocity, im sure if he lands a punch dude is going down.

Tyson was an animal back in the day when he was still under Cus D'Amato. But who know's if he still has the power. He'll always have the technique cuz that's burned into his body and mind. He was losing to journeymen before he retired. So I think Kimbo would have a good chance of beating him. Plus I wouldn't wanna see the possibly of Tyson wimping out during the fight.

yea Kimbo does have a better chance in winning since hes in shape, and younger. id hate to see kimbo knock out tyson. even though tyson is old and done, hes still one of my fav boxers of all time.

jardine is nuts and can beat wandy if smart. but what i dont like is how everyone is saying if he beats wandy he will be known as the LEGEND KILLER. dude he didnt kill liddel. sure he dropped him and beat him, but he didnt knock him out, nor win by tko. it was a decision win. other than that, if he keeps distance and picks wandy apart lil by lil he can do damage and possibly knock him out. on the other hand if he tries to come in close, i think wandy will clinch and take a win. good card fellas.

on another note, not sure if you guys read, but it looks like both fedor and Alexander are fighting july 19th. alex is going up against paul buenatello. here's the link:

Yeah dude I think so too. Did any of you watch Countdown to UFC 84 on Spike last night?? Those 3 fights are going to be sick. Jardine defiantely has come along way & if it wasn't for his demise to Houston Alexander he'd be really feared, but with that exposure it's still a wide open match. I hope & expect great things from these 3 fights.
Ortiz looks like he's so focused to go out on top and give the UFC the double BIRDs. I think this is going to be the fight of the night IMO...
The sleeper fight will probably be Thiago Silva's match. Dudes trying to win it to bring his family to the states from Brazil away from threats all over due to his success. Can't help but root for him. Dudes badass too.
Here's my picks for saturday night:
BJ PENN ~ by ass whoopin!!
Silva ~ I don't think he could afford another loss. Jardin is still young.
Ortiz ~ 3 rounds of MAD ACTION followed by an untelivised interview...
T. Silva ~ KO & plane tickets for family from Brazil to FL. U.S.A!!
Sokoudjou ~ Nice Judo action in this one. He needs to represent the hype that followed...
Clementi ~ No love for the unknown...

The remaining fights I'm not all too familiar so I'ma research a bit more to make my picks.
