Figured I should post this here.

Ok I might be movin to Edmonds Washington, just wanted to know how are smog laws ... stuff like that.

Dont feel like gettin my car impounded and what not ...

In other words .. can i roll around town with my intercooler showin without the front bumper ..

You will most likely get pulled over with no front bumper in because WA requires a front plate. Thats usually why. But I/C with front bumper your fine. I had no front bumper for a couple months with no problem but then i was pulled over about 4 times in a month for it. So its hit or miss.

you can always zip-tie your license plate to your frame, and you wont be hassled. you might get a few dirty looks, but they cant pull you over for not having your bumper cover on as long as you have your license plate visible.

source: I did this for about 5-6 months while i was glassing my own bumper when i used to roll honda. never hassled once

well i jsut got back from visiting up there . really nice.
I liked it out there thou its not no las vegas nightlife . but its a chill city.. and state ..
