| Zilvia Member ![]() | You will most likely get pulled over with no front bumper in because WA requires a front plate. Thats usually why. But I/C with front bumper your fine. I had no front bumper for a couple months with no problem but then i was pulled over about 4 times in a month for it. So its hit or miss.

| you can always zip-tie your license plate to your frame, and you wont be hassled. you might get a few dirty looks, but they cant pull you over for not having your bumper cover on as long as you have your license plate visible. source: I did this for about 5-6 months while i was glassing my own bumper when i used to roll honda. never hassled once
