Here is your chance to come and live up here at Old Series Garage!! Located in Everett, Washington! seriously minutes away from evergreen racetrack and Boeing, and a huge mall! I have two rooms available, so that means I am looking for two potential applicants. The house is pretty beast.. Me and two potential roommates will get to enjoy and share the entire upper portion of the house.

Here are some specs on the house:
- Nice living room with a fireplace
- Fully furnished! Couches, TV, surround stereo system, huge baller dining table, fully equipped kitchen (cups, glass, plates, forks, spoons, microwave, stove, fridge, everything needed pretty much!), all you would need to bring is things for your bedroom and anything else you want to have in the living room.
-Softest carpet you ever had your feet on!
-Freshly paved driveway for our use! I just dropped $5500 on this!
-Nice size backyard to run around when your drunk and an awesome dense woods in the back (perfect for paintballin!)
-Two front doors (one on the side and one directly in front) so you will be able to make it inside regardless of how drunk you are.
-Every day here is a car meet! There are wayyy too many baller cars around here!

Rules/requirements
-no pets... I dont have anything against them, I just dont like them indoors.
-Note to smokers: You dont have to be 25 feet from doors and windows, haha. Yes, you can smoke here, just not inside the house.
-In regards to smoking, hookah is just fine (and encouraged) in the living room.
-Limit of two cars.
-Must have a job or at least a legit way of coming up with an income.
-Must be chill, have a positive attitude, and responsible
-Also should be cool with partying on the weekends, random drift sessions in the middle of the night, and overall be able to have a good time with good people.
-Other than those details, I am very chill and have high respect for people, so whatever your into will be respected.

I am asking only $425 per mo. plus utilities! (which are not much considering we are all splitting up the bills). This is a special price to local drift family/and Japanese car enthusiasts... otherwise I would just rent the rooms out to people that work at Boeing, since its seriously three seconds away! I am not asking much, considering the location, and the house its self, so I am just looking for the right legit people that are responsible, but want to have a fun life!

The rooms are availible on the 1st of next month (December 1, 2008)

Cool dudes, great location and a garage where you can work on your ride. No worries. Close to stores, track and freeways. Right near boeing where I work and the roads surounding Boeing are great for practicing drifting at night. ^.^

Oh man. Uuuh. I dont suppose you've got any hookups with local parts shops, tuner shops or anything for jobs that would pay ok? I live in the UK right now, but I've just finished an engineering apprenticeship so I wanna escape to the US. I could probably work at Boeing, but I need to get out of the aero business - it STANKS.
