thanks man. or if anyone know anything about restrictions on cars or swaps for the boise area let me know.. im not sure how smog works up there or not.. so any info would be great..

he did, find me. There are only a few counties in Idaho that require annual smog checks, but laws about modified cars are pretty strict. And also strictly enforced. any modification to the exhaust is illegal but some people get by with no problems.
