is altered ride height or exhaust a moving violation?

so Im retarded and i ended up getting myself into a situation where I have 5 surchargeable offenses on my record. Most are from not having an inspection sticker ( I honestly just thought it was a fine) and one is for an accident. The deal is my car is lowered and I have exhaust, and I am really torn about selling my car, on the one hand Id love to keep it and get a swap, on the other hand I dont want to lose my license. Im not worried about getting a sticker anymore (got that covered), but I wanted to know if I can lose my license for getting too many tickets for altered ride height or aftermarket exhaust. Someone fill me in

you can get your license suspended for not paying ANY ticket, no matter what its for

but they are not moving violations, they are vehicle code infractions that you need to show proof of correction for to the judge when you go on the court date

something like speeding, failure to signal, running a red light/stop sign would fall under a moving violation
