New York Inspection

Im wondering if anyone here does New York inspections. My sister in law needs an inspection and doesn't think her truck will pass. I dont know anything about the New York inspection. I'm trying to help her parents out cause it's in their name. If you know anyone in the Rochester area that can do the inspection for me and guarantee a pass. I'll throw you 50 bucks if it works. Thanks in advance...

PS I'll obviously pay the "inpection fee" that the person doing the inspection charges. The fifty bucks is more of a finders/Hookup fee.

no emissions in rochester only visuals. try roclife.org its the local car forum.
