BAD NEWS! I just got off the phone with one of the managers/event coordinators from QS/L and it is going to be IMPOSSIBLE to use their parking lot or any in the surrounding area.. One of biggest car shows of the year is tomorrow and it is a registration only event.. as in if you didn't register your car you will not be parking in their lot.. They recommended we cancel! or "Good Luck" he said..

OK fellas (& gal) Do to the disappointment of this last meet failing at the last minute, I'm trying to put something together here soon (as in August).. I have been talking will Robert from Zerolift and we are trying to come up with a Nissan/Zilvia/240 meet.. There are a few venue spots but all are located here in Cincinnati. This might be disappointing or impossible for you northern Ohioans, but we would like to make it a "Tristate meet" Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio and Cincy is sort of at the heart. Not to mention Robert is saying that Zerolift could be used as a venue, with PLENTY of parking and grill out possibilities

Thoughts?

I'd drive down to cincy and be able to bring at least 2 other 240s maybe a total of 6-8 if everyone can make sure they're cleared for the day. It only took me 2 1/2 hours to get back from northern cincy in a cavi last summer. So I'm sure I could I'd be fine with the drive hahah

My thoughts, in no particular order:

1. Make it afternoon + evening, not just evening.
2. Do it mid-late August. The further ahead it's planned, the more people can make it, in theory.

Is Zerolift willing to sponsor a raffle or something? Maybe some 240-oriented parts? Just an idea.

Robert and I both agreed that a noon type event that lasted into the night would be stellar.. Also I'm trying to talk him into getting some STRIPPERS at the shop after the sun goes down
