As far as the rack and pinion, are you referring to the portion in the engine bay or the portion that goes to the rack in the engine bay?

Either way, I'll sell it for 175 shipped for right now. I'm not sure what that will cost to ship that's why I've estimated it so high. if I got a hundred bucks out of the thing I'd be happy to tell you the truth, so whatever it takes to ship it would be up to you after that.
