Dont get mad. if you werent scamming then the Paypal dispute would have been dropped sooner or later. I did it because I couldnt get a tracking number to get confirmation. Also, i didnt believe your story about the paypal dispute you had earlier.

i sent it out, i went to ups priority mail would of cost me 42.00. Its in a big ass box to fit it. So I had to send it the longest delivery for the 7 days and that still came out to be 15.78. I forgot your username on zilvia and somebody from zilvia tried to fraud me out of my worksbell lock. So my paypal account is on lockdown from about a week ago. I brang it up with paypal and they are resolving my case. Once my account is restored and I can withdraw the 190 dollars. I will ship out ASAP and give you confirmation email same day as I go to fedex. Im extremely sorry for having to delay the shipping but I want to make sure I have all ends covered because that douche got my lock and said he never received and tried to get a refund on me.
