Ill post some updates soon. Ill be getting more goods next week.
So I was going to have a huge update and have my motor installed but my dumb ass didnt think of the fact that I now need Camry flywheel bolts. Since I am now stroker the 3S bolts obviously wont work :shoots: :shoots: So pissed at myslef right now. Oh well ordered them and they will be here tuesday. But here is what I have been doing along with some new toys. Also posted a little better pics of the motor.

The current state as she sits, Im waiting on my turbo. A precision turbo 5130. Not looking to make huge power, just want a well rounded fun car to drive in all conditions.

That' a nice build there for sure! Quirky little cars to say the least, nice to see a good example! Only thing I would change are the pink and purple engine parts, but aside from that it looks great.

looks good,

never realized how sideways that engine sits, I'm guessing theres a transfercase stuffed behind it somewhere? or is it built into the transmission?

Must say i never liked the celica, even the AWD one for whatever reason but after seeing this i think ive changed my mind. Beautiful car man, very nice build and i hope it works out well for you.

What kind of numbers are you shooting for? 500ish?

I wish, the 3s is not the most powerful setup. With a precision turbo 5130 I hope to be in the 325-350AWHP range

<--- Former ST162 owner approves of this thread.

I still really want a 165 with a 205 motor/trans.

Have not made an update for a while but a few things have changed. She is now on 1000cc top feed injectors with E85. I still have some very small details to address but then I will be ready for tuning. Its been a long ass bumpy road but I can see the end!

These cars deserve more attention. A buddy of mine had one and it was sweet. They (as your proving) can be quick as heck!

Nice build! Keep it comming

She is all tuned up and running good. It made 350AWHP and300TQ @20lbs
The motor and turbo have alot more but my clutch didnt. For now this will be my tune but its ok, the car is a monster. When I get hungry for more Ill do a twin disc and turn up the psi. Only issue it has now is a small oil pan leak it developed on the dyno, will be fixed soon. Toyotafest next weekend!!!!
