We put a bunch of random parts that were laying around on it, its an 87 dodge caravan 5 speed with a swapped 2.5l 89 turbo motor, thing absolutely rips and we may have spent $800 total on it with all parts, van, and rebuilding the headgasket.

There was a guy in AZ that had one with turbo/nitrous. He would kick the ricers out. If they lost to him, they had to leave the track. It was funny seeing that van run 13's.
