Wow, I could have been a government official.
I was looking at porn some of the time while the economy was consuming itself... Granted, I was blocked from doing so during work hours, but I spent a bit of time with the pr0ns nonetheless.

even then, it's difficult to prove watching porn made them do their jobs any worse.
it's not like if they were on Zilvia things would have been any better.

That's not just the SEC. I have seen the server log from a lot of government and private companies.

Personally I don't really care as long as you're meeting your job's appraisal plan. Sitting in an office for 8 hours straight is really boring if you can get all your work done in 2 hours.
