Hey guys,

We have instock 3", 2.5" Ti tubing for exhaust/intake. We also have flanges made so that you can bolt on to your existing downpipe, etc.

Tubing sections are 3ft long and weigh only 2lbs. Typical exhaust system is under 9ft. Which means your Ti exhaust with flanges,hangers will weight less than 10lbs.

Ti hangers are hollow inside and weight around .15 lbs!

We have these Ti pie cuts available. Each section adds 10 degrees. These are CAD designed and precisely cut for excellent fitment and welding.

You can weld on a bung for your existing O2 sensor or wideband.

CAD designed flanges are available so that you can bolt up to your existing downpipe, etc.

Hi,

Yes, we built a complete Turbo back system for an Evo 8 which weighed less than 7lbs!

We also built a dual tip center exit exhaust for S14, which weighed at 9lbs!

OMG Ti !!! I've been looking for this forever.

Can you make Y pipe - fitting ? I plan on making blastpipes like ISIS and ASPEC make but I'd need the Y to do so. I email'd your fab shop about a week ago...still waiting for a reply.

Also you only list 3ft lenghts is it possible to get lenghts of let's say 8-9ft?

We just finished a WRX exhaust for SCCA STU class. Downpipe back exhaust weighed at only 6lbs! That's lighter than most mufflers.

Check out the silver welds, that's good Ti welding

Just finished another Titanium exhaust for WRX. Dual tip this time. Sounds amazing!

We just got in resonators and mufflers as well. I'll have pics up shortly.
