I can understand the worry, but trust that they will be done. Besides, I have $800 invested in these projects of his... so if anybody has the right to be really pissed if he walks, it will be me, but I just trust til I have reason not to.

The problem is he took on too many projects at once and got backed up...

Furthermore, it's not a problem of funds. In NOVEMBER, he said it would be ready in January, then it got pushed to March then whatever else after that....and here we are in June and there is still no product. People are fine with waiting, but they started getting irritated when they stopped getting updates on a regular basis and then it'd take several members asking and complaining before one of his friends, like yourself, would come on here and shed some light on the situation.

I'm not saying he's shady or anything. I know he's not. Life happens. We get it. But when you've got people's money and they're waiting on a product, the least you can do is give them updates regularly. That didn't happen.

Personally, i had a feeling from the get go that this thing wasn't going to get finished by the original ETA.....and i was right. Drop 100 bucks on a part that i have no clue when it will arrive just to get the "hook up" price? Umm no thanks. It's not that serious. I have no problem paying extra money when there's an actual product in hand. When i want something, i buy it and when the time comes, i'll do just that.

EDIT: And whaddaya know, an update!

I emailed him last week and asked for a refund . He said to give him 2 weeks for refund so I'll be getting my refund instead of the lip since I can't wait any longer .

Please provide an instagram link to the pictures once they are posted. Glad that we are finally seeing some reassuring info and pics. I'm excited to see the final product. It looks like you guys have a good grasp on how to replicate the lip. As for professionalism i think you guys have some work to do.

Hate to hear that whitenoise, your car is one of my fav's on here, still will be but it would have been even sexier with this lip. Maybe you'll still end up getting one after production starts

Update: The lip was test fitted this week and it had to go back to the table for some tweaking on the shape of the transition from the side profile to the front.

I actually have the real OEM abs plastic lip on my car already, i joined the group buy just to have a spare lip. But I have a current project that needs more attention and cash at the moment , so every dollar counts . But who knows , maybe I'll scoop one later on when I have some spare cash .

Your quality of work looks amazing! I can't wait for this lip, even with the wait it is a lot better than paying hundreds for old oem parts.

Exactly, Used n beat up still around 400, f that. His rear valances n side skirts are all well made. I'm waiting for the lip to complete my jdm aero.

Thanks for being extremely patient, it will be worth the wait.

****UPDATE****

Just a little more sanding and rounding over of the sharp lines to make sure it's all straight clean and symmetrical, then it will be into the molding process. It is getting very close to production time!!!
