AC Brackets for all S13/S14 to any SR20 setup! Finally the simple solution!

ALL BRACKETS ARE AVAILABLE except S14KA TO S13/14 BLACKTOP APPLICATION SOLD OUT. CHECK POST #224 FOR DETAILS
Finally, the simple solution to running Air Conditioning
on your SR20 is available!

Can't find anyone willing to repair or weld new ends on your current AC lines? No AC shops to make custom lines around? Tired of eating belts? Tired of simply not having AC! Well, you've come to the right place.

I'm back in action, and now with a complete arsenal and updates for all available brackets for sale. If you have an S13 (dohc only) or an S14, and you have any year SR20 inside, I have a bracket that will work for you!

I have a set on my current car, and my first set hasn't winced on me yet! I can honestly say that you'll be hardpressed to find someone who beats on their car more than me...daily drive, road race, drag race, backroad springs, etc etc! If I can't break them, neither can you!

All mounting bolts are Grade 8.8 or Grade 10.9 quality, and all bracktes are made out of STEEL for strength All pieces are being CNC created by a very very prominent CNC shop in Brodheadsville, PA. They make parts for the US Government, parts for 2 Porsche race shops, a few big name Aftermarket suspension companies, and many more.

ALL PARTS ARE GARUNTEED NOT TO BREAK OR FAIL IF PROPERLY INSTALLED

Now for some pictures of the kits!

S13 Owners with S13 Redtop:

S14 Owners with S13 Blacktop/S14SR20:

S14 Owners With S13 Redtop:

S13 Owners with S13 Blacktop/S14 SR20:

Make note, that all kits will require you to grind the two little tabs off of the bottom of the factory bracket. A simple file can do this, but as always, powertools make things easier.

And now for the pricing:

S13 Car with S13 Redtop
70 shipped shipped for an entire kit with hardware
80 shipped for an entire kit with Belt

S14 Car with S13 Redtop
105 for a kit with 4 mounting bolts, and and 4 compressor bolts
115 for everything and a belt

S13 Car with S13 Blacktop/S14sr
105 for a kit with 4 mounting bolts, and 4 compressor bolts
115 for a kit with belts

S14 Car with S13 Blacktop/S14sr
105 for a kit with 4 mounting bolts, and 4 compressor bolts
115 for a kit with belts

Please PM me for Paypal Information exchange! This way I can keep track easily of where kits are going!

I accept Paypal, Credit Card through Paypal, Money Order, Cash in Mail etc etc. NO COD!

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS ( Car specific): www.geocities.com/acbrackets
*I know they are not for each kit, but the install is exactly the same. I will take picutres of each kit tomorrow, and their specific install.*

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENLISTED, RETIRED, ARE A VETERAN, OR HAVE CIVILIAN GOV'T OVERSEAS CREDENTIALS, I OFFER A SPECIAL MILITARY DISCOUNT!
I figure if you're like me, and can serve our nation, then you can get a break once in a while...isn't like the military ever turned down a chance to screw ya at least once in your career

I use DHL to ship to the Lower 48, and UPS to ship internationally, and to Alaska and Hawaii. I will send you tracking information, and use the supplied email account for DHL live ship update, and UPS Ship update (so you can check via email)

How to tell what compressor and or bracket you have:I've been getting a few emails from members about the differences between the two brackets, as well as the two different compressor types so here are some pictures to help differentiate between the two

S13 SR Redtop bracket (as I call it)
As you can see, the redtop bracket features 4 evenly spaced compressor attachment holes. It forms a nice rectangle/square.

S13 Blacktop/S14 SR Bracket:
This bracket has a wierd, offset polygon shape, with only the right two mounting locations sharing the same plane up and down. Every other bolt hole is offset and not inline with the rest of them.

S13 DOHC KA Compressor:
If you look at the bolt spacing, you will see how this features a wide pattern as I call it. The bottom two bolts are on the same plane horizontally.

S14 DOHC Compressor:This bracket, much like the s13 redtop bracket, features 4 evenly spaced bolt locations, forming a rectangle.

Thanks again guys, and enjoy these brackets! I use my a/c daily, and so should you!

Cody, do you have plans to do S13 SOHC car with S13 redtop engine? The compressor is substantially different.

Ok, I have a quick question now. I have a 90 S13 with a redtop. Does this just depend on what compressor you are going with. I have a dohc AC compressor that I will be using, so I assume this will work right??

I was unaware there is a difference in the s13 redtop/blacktop a/c setup?? Its the same engine, with a different ecu.

If only you made custom lines for SR -> s13 sohc swaps. Let me know if that's ever going to happen haha.

Heads up for an s13 blacktop just use an s13 redtop bracket and the ka a/c unit will bolt right on. You won't have to discharge any lines and can stick with r12.

Different accessory bolt ups as well. Please, unless you're interested in the kit, lets try and keep the group buy on topic If you have any questions like that, just PM me and I'll be glad to help

S14 compressors will not work on S13 redtop brackets without hitting PS adjuster bracket, and the pulley will be off as well.

I wouldn't offer or make these brackets if it worked in an easier manner...trust me

My bad, my post was referring to an s13 blacktop > s13 chassis. I should have been more clear. Vouch for Codyace! And vouch for your dyno numbers as well

While I'm not trying to detract from your goal here, (as I made a very similar bracket to that when I first put my A/C back in my car), but Kure International actually has a full bracket, and did my car for $100 installed. It looks identical to the stock bracket, except it actually fits.

So for Southern California residents, that's a good alternative.

All of my kits are full brackets that bolt onto the stockers, and with the exception of those who want the hardware option, are the same price as the ones you have (or got made).

I don't have any blacktop conversion parts available at the time. August 27th is looking like our date of launch yet

The 27th deadline wasn't hit. Lack of material make the kits on time (as these will be 'slighty' thicker than the last set.

Would you mind PMing me and others who are waiting to buy a blacktop kit when it's done. Also, I have a S13 but I bought a used KA compressor and don't know if it's from a S13 or S14. How could I tell?

There was a slight materials issue with the ste that was due out the 27th of August....this time we're using Allen head bolts, and raising it up a little due to Greddy Pan Clearence...

They'll be out soon enough...these are the issues we fight using a Private CNC shop...but I'd rather have it take time and be right on, then be rushed and not work.
