i paid and signed up for a premium membership. how long does it take to be confirmed and get me into the premium threads?

So random chat topic here, but I signed up for a premium membership and I was wondering how long it takes to get access. Did this take a while for everyone or should this be right after you pay for the membership?

Yeah, I wasnt sure where i should post it for it to be seen. I thought it should be right away, but I still have no access and I havent seen an mods online.

It changes once the paypal payment is confirmed/cleared...

Money issues are handled by two admins, and I am not one of those two.

Added your premie membership, I do apologize. We have been dealing paypal for months on this issue. Sometimes the API does not work, thus not sending the info back to our site to automate the process. It should be automated, but many vB sites have had these issues for almost a year now with no response from paypal. We will likely be setting up credit card processing soon to bypass paypal.

Yeah, I'm having trouble with my renewal too. Paid on the 9th and waited. That's when I saw this thread. Any help is appreciated. Thanks mods.

Fixed everyone who had matching paypal/forum emails. Replied to those who did not. Sorry all, im about to drop Paypal all together.

Here is how Paypal helped us to our original request:

"I would like to assure you that PayPal is continuously working on providing features that will cater to all your needs. We would appreciate any suggestion or feedback you can give us."

We have been fighting these issues with paypal for 1 year now. lol.
