Upper Advertiser banner not being linked to shown store?

I've not really ever clicked on the upper advertiser bar, but today in class I saw a touge factory ad and clicked it....however it brought me to some other site 'HiperLoLc' or something.

I figured something was fishy. This time an add for m2tuning popped up and it went to Elite pro (or something of that sort)

Not sure if it's a browser issue here at the school, or a timing issue with the ad? Not really a big deal, but just something I've ntoiced...

I've tried it a few times on differnet computers and O/S's, and it works at times, and doesn't at others (I was thinking initially it was a Vista issue with the coding)

I believe it's an issue with cookies. I have a similar problem from my MacBook using Safari. Will continue researching the issue.
