Reputation Questions

Who determines how many points each Rep is worth? Good and Bad. Is their a FAQ or a write up on how the system is handle I can refer too?

Just curios?

umm, it has to do with the person who reps you. the more rep they have, the more it affects you, whether they rep you positive or negative.

Hmm. So you start off with 0 pt. Cause for some reason someone gave me a bad rep, so I jumped from 0 to -137.
I was like whoaa. 1 bad rep is -137 pts.

Then all the other reps I get were only like +2 pts

negative rep is worth 1/2 the rep points the person who gave you the negative has accumulated. For instance, my current rep is like 484 or something, so if I were to neg rep you, it would give you negative 242 points, where as if I posi rep you, it gives you 484.

Well, I know next time not to correct a person with high reps and get on someones bad side, even though they were wrong. Cause his reps will make or break you.
