weird problem

When I go to zilvia on my computer at work the same homepage always comes up, and by the same I mean it still has the threads that were posted on like sept 15th (correction it is 10/8). When I log on it does the same thing, and when I go to forums it does the same thing sometimes too. It's stuck on sept 07 for some reason. From my home computer everything works fine. It started after I closed the window without signing out at work (I forgot), when I went home I had a hard time signing in, but I got it to work, and ever since then it has been stuck. What can I do?

try clearing your cookies.

I'm not an internet or computer expert or anything near that, so how do I do that? Thanks for the reply by the way!

It depends on what browser you are using, so the easiest would be to do a Google search for "clearing cookies browsername"
