In regards to the TD06 20G...will it bolt up to a KA-T bottom mount T25 manifold without clearance issues? Also, does it use the standard SR turbo elbow?

Also, is that actuator adjustable..? Looks like it.

It's an adjustable actuator and uses the typical 5bolt exhaust elbow from the factory sr turbos.

no the Stock one will work, everything bolt on but if you have after market FMIC you might need to change the adapter depend on what kind of kit you have.

need advise on TD06

About two years ago I bot a Greddy kit to turbo my ka motor with 150lbs compression on all four cyl and it ran great until last month when it blew rings in #2. dyno pulled 275whp..@6000rpm. Bot a red top SR and have all the Greddy bits. now the questions:

1. can I run the td06-20g on the SR.
2. how big of injectors should I run? Now 370s
3. can I use the e-manage system? will it have to be reprogrammed?
4. How much more power could I expect over stock running at 8-10lbs boost?
5. Whats the best manifold to get?

current set up
3 " exhaust
FMIC
TD06-20g
370s
fuel rail
walpro fuelpump
z32 maf
emanage

heres my experience bolting the 18g up
stock oil line does not bolt in
oil drain does not go towards the block
had to mod oem t25 drain to fit turbo
screamer pipe wont bolt up due to tiny divider in exhaust housing
heres a crappy picture of it bolted onto the motor
motor is going into car soon
