so i got th 20g up and running, very happy with turbo the only problem with it is the wastegate i think its a little weak , the boosts creeps up slowly to red line ,at red line i get full boost 20psi ....should i upgrade with hks wastegate?

You could try to use an HKS wastegate but check to see if vacuum lines are free of any leaks and other things that can cause it to creep.

I am have a hard time trying to keep these turbos boosting anything less than 20PSI. Does the actuator work fresh out of the box or do I need to adjust it?

I have both 18G and 20G but I have a bad feeling that if I keep spinning them at 20+ psi, they are going to crater. Is there a maximum boost rating they can spin safely?

20psi is not the maximum. From personal testing we've gone up to 29/30psi. Try taking the "load" off the actuator by pulling the nut out. That should help it go back to the 14psi that it's rated at.

Adjusting the actuator works. Awesome power at 19 to 20psi.

I posted a question to your PM about the 20G. Can you reply?

this 20g is lining up well with everything so far from my s15 t28 on s13 redtop in my '95 zenki, just need to change the oil feed fitting bolt, shave some off the motor mount and it's good to go, everything else fits.
